How to cash out on Playpot
Once your balance hits $20, you can withdraw real money in three ways. Every request is reviewed and paid within 24 to 48 hours.
How the process works
- Hit $20 balance. Your Wallet screen shows a progress bar, once it fills, the Cash Out button unlocks.
- Pick your method. PayPal, Venmo, or Amazon gift card. Enter your payment destination (email for PayPal, handle for Venmo, email for gift card delivery).
- Submit the request. Coins leave your balance instantly. The payout is queued for review.
- Get paid within 24 to 48 hours. A human reviewer approves legitimate requests, then the funds are sent. You'll receive a push notification when it's on its way.
Why is there a $20 minimum?
PayPal and Venmo both charge per-transaction fees. If we processed payouts at $1, most of the value would evaporate in fees. The $20 floor keeps the math sustainable so we can keep paying out instead of cutting rewards. It also rewards consistent users over one-off accounts.
How do we prevent fraud?
Every payout is manually reviewed. Accounts that trip any of our safety checks, unusual completion velocity, device fingerprint mismatches, or partner networks flagging reversal, are paused until a human can investigate. This protects legitimate users from having their earnings cancelled because of bad actors on the same platform.
What if my payout is late?
Email support@playpot.app with your account email and the cashout ID (shown in the Wallet activity feed). We respond within 24 hours on weekdays.
