How to cash out on Playpot

Once you reach the cashout minimum, you can withdraw real money your way. Every request is reviewed and paid within 24 to 48 hours.

How the process works

1. Reach the cashout minimum. Your Wallet screen shows a progress bar, once it fills, the Cash Out button unlocks.
2. Pick your method. PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, gift cards. Enter where you want to be paid — a PayPal email, Venmo handle, Cash App $Cashtag, Zelle email/phone, or an email for your gift card.
3. Submit the request. Coins leave your balance instantly. The payout is queued for review.
4. Get paid within 24 to 48 hours. A human reviewer approves legitimate requests, then the funds are sent. You'll get an email when it's on its way.

Why is there a cashout minimum?

Payment processors charge per-transaction fees. If we processed payouts at a few cents, most of the value would evaporate in fees. A sensible minimum keeps the math sustainable so we can keep paying out instead of cutting rewards. You'll see the exact threshold on your Wallet screen.

How do we prevent fraud?

Every payout is manually reviewed. Accounts that trip any of our safety checks, unusual completion velocity, device fingerprint mismatches, or partner networks flagging reversal, are paused until a human can investigate. This protects legitimate users from having their earnings cancelled because of bad actors on the same platform.

What if my payout is late?

Email support@playpot.app with your account email and the cashout ID (shown in the Wallet activity feed). We respond within 24 hours on weekdays.
