How to cash out on Playpot

Once you reach the cashout minimum, you can withdraw real money your way. The minimum is $20, or 2,000,000 confirmed coins. Processing usually takes 24 to 48 hours after a request; verification and review issues can take longer.

How the process works

1. Reach the cashout minimum. Your Wallet screen shows a progress bar. Reaching the threshold allows you to start a request; required verification still applies. The web flow currently offers $20, $50, $100, and $250 denominations.
2. Pick your method. PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, gift cards. Enter where you want to be paid — a PayPal email, Venmo handle, Cash App $Cashtag, Zelle email/phone, or an email for your gift card.
3. Submit the request. Coins leave your balance instantly. The payout is queued for review.
4. Track the review. Check the request status and respond to any verification request through the official secure flow. Approval and payment are separate from earning coins.

Why is there a cashout minimum?

Payment processors charge per-transaction fees. If we processed payouts at a few cents, most of the value would evaporate in fees. A sensible minimum keeps the math sustainable so we can keep paying out instead of cutting rewards. You'll see the exact threshold on your Wallet screen.

How do we prevent fraud?

Every payout is reviewed before it is sent. If something looks unusual, we pause the cashout and contact you so your money stays protected.

What if my payout is late?

Email support@playpot.app with your account email and the cashout ID (shown in the Wallet activity feed). Include the request date, destination type, and current status; do not send passwords or sign-in codes.
